Using forms on this site

When you fill in a form on this website, the information you submit gets sent directly to our inbox and is not stored on the site.

We use a security app (Google reCaptcha) to prevent us getting spam sent through the forms. This app is categorised as preventing unsolicited emails and you will therefore need to accept the ‘marketing cookies’ in order to submit a contact form.

How will we use and store your information?

I may collect the following personal information:

  • Your name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address (if provided)
  • Appointment dates and times

For your treatment, I also ask you to complete a consultation form. This may include health information relevant to providing your massage safely. These consultation forms and treatment records are kept securely in paper format only.

I use your personal information to:

  • Arrange and manage appointments.
  • Contact you about your booking if necessary.
  • Provide massage treatments safely and appropriately.
  • Meet my legal and insurance obligations.

I do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

If we need to share your information with anyone, for example your doctor, we will always ask for your permission first.

Your appointment details and contact information are stored securely using Squareup.

Paper consultation forms and treatment records are stored in a locked filing cabinet and are only accessible to me.

I take appropriate steps to keep your personal information secure. I keep records only for as long as necessary to meet legal, professional and insurance requirements. When records are no longer required, they are securely destroyed.

At any time, you can visit this page to request to view, update, delete your personal details or report a data breach, if you are concerned that one has taken place.
