Tailored massage treatments
While wellbeing massage is deeply calming, it is also tailored to your individual needs. If there are areas that feel particularly achy, tight or painful, I will adjust as needed.
I will work deeper where necessary, always using pressure with awareness and care. By listening to your body and responding to your verbal comments, we’ll support your muscles in letting go rather than being forced to release.
